Although I didn't manage many posts this week, we did manage to be busy every day and still fit in some fun under wonderful blue skies and warm sunshine!
There are too many things I could write to describe this week and we would perhaps end up with a novel so i think it might be better to just share some photos and snippets of our week with you! I hope they put a smile on your face as they did for me when looking back over the week's photos!
It really is interesting to look back over your week through photos…we so often miss or easily forget those small moments that went into making the fabric of one's family life and rhythm during those 7 days! For me it helped to remind that there were happy moments amongst the stressful…as is so often the case in a family with young children!! Follow the journey with me….
There was even more to the week….but sometimes you just have to put the camera down and live in the moments. Thanks to all for your lovely comments and support this week, looks like we are getting back into our family rhythm now and hoping for a smooth week ahead!
Hope you had a lovely weekend all xx

What a wonderful week! Your flour table looks like so much fun! We would have had footprints everywhere too.

That looks like a fun filled week! I love the weekly recap. I might have to start doing one myself. I also feel like I don’t get out to the park as often as I’d like. We always have such fun when we do go though. I love the last swinging pic of them. It’s a great shot and shows so much personality of everyone in it! Fabulous ๐

For the longest time I never took the twins to the park without another adult. So they didn’t go that often. I have LOVED having a swingset which we finally got when the little twins turned 2. I had to watch them carefully at first but it didn’t take long for me to be able to trust them and I love just getting to let them all go outside and not have to worry about them. I just keep the back door open and the house quiet so I can hear but otherwise can just let them go. But yes, toddler twinnies can be quite a challenge!
Like the sensory table too. I need to do something like that. I was going to once and then kind of forgot. Good reminder for me! Especially now that school is getting out and the kids need more to do.

I’m glad it’s not just me! We are lucky to have a huge outdoor area with swings etc so i figure they aren’t missing out!Sounds similar to your girls!I think it is all about adapting a little when you have twins!!
Sensory tables make mess but they really do keep them busy lol!

We have been getting out to the park, but only the one with a secure fence all the way around it in town! Now Ooffa is toddling and Strawberry is nearly toddling I don’t know if I am too keen on getting out and about any more. Have you found with your twins that you have periods of home grounding, usually when a new phase/stage hits? Interesting!
